All patients are expected to pay their account in full at the time of their consultation. A $10 administration fee will be charged to all accounts not paid in full on the day or within 5 days of your consultation. Please let us know at the time of your appointment if you are unable to pay on the day, and we can discuss payment options. A further $10 admin fee will be added to all accounts not paid by month end, where a monthly statement is sent. We may also use a debt collection agency for unpaid accounts, and patients will be liable for all debt collection fees. We understand how financially tough it can be, so please talk to us if you think paying your account is going to be a problem.
